  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at 877-841-6889 or ai@fundraising4pets.com if you would like to make a return.  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  Our motto is helping you help them, and our goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

  Sales Tax

  Resellers and 501(c)(3) organizations in the state of Florida must have on file with Fundraising4pets.com their current Florida Department of Revenue certificate of tax exemption in order to purchase tax-exempt.  Please email your Florida Annual Resale Certificate or Consumer's Certificate of Exemption to ai@fundraising4pets.com.  

  Applicable sales tax for Florida customers will be collected accordingly.
